Criteria for Nipper Enrolments 2011 - 2012
Due to overwhelming interest in our Junior Nipper Program at Mornington Lifesaving Club the need has arisen to implement an acceptance criteria for the forthcoming season.
PRIORITY for acceptance to the Nipper Program will be given to families who volunteer in the following:
- Life Members
- Committee Members
- Patrollers
- Age Managers/Assistant Age Managers/Admin Age Manager
- Competition Officials
Remaining positions will be considered based on Date of Enrolment.
Minimum Age: a child must be 5 years old by 1st October, 2011 to be registered.
To be accepted into the Nipper program we require online registration and payment in full. Each Nipper will be required to complete a prerequisite swim assessment. A compulsory swim assessment for each age group will be held at Mornington Swim Centre (Mornington Secondary School) on 16th October, 2011.
All Nippers MUST stay in their relevant age groups based on their date of birth.
All families who are not involved in the running of an age group, must complete one canteen/bbq duty for the season. If you have a preference for dates please email the Club Administrator at admin@morningtonlsc.com
